Anja Osterloh, born in 1966 in Verden, is the managing partner of MOD GmbH & Co. KG.
With a degree in business studies Ms. Osterloh worked for eight years at a subsidiary of the Bosch Group where she was initially responsible for HR, later on the finance function, data processing and organization.
Then followed 3 years as a freelance consultant focusing on external personnel management and organization consultancy prior to becoming the managing director in 2001 and a year later the managing partner of MOD Consulting GmbH in Einbeck and Hanover. Since 2004 she is the sole owner of MOD which has evolved under her management to become the MOD Group.
Anja Osterloh is a member of the board of trustees of the Federal Association of the German Service Economy; a member of the board of the Central German Employer’s Association and represents the service sector as a delegate at the plenary meetings of the Hanover Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
